1. The minimum age for renting one of our motorcycles is 25 years, and the driver must have held a valid motorcycle license for at least 2 years.
1. The subject of the contract between the renter and lessor is exclusively the temporary rental of the booked motorcycle.
2. All prices include 300 km per day (excess kilometers: 0.35 euros) and comprehensive insurance (excess 2500 euros). Fuel costs are not included. Motorcycles must be returned with a full tank; otherwise, a 25 euro refueling fee will be charged.
3. A deposit of 1500 euros must be paid by credit card (Mastercard/Visa) or in cash when the motorcycle is handed over.
4. If the motorcycle is returned before the agreed rental period ends, the full rental price must be paid unless the motorcycle can be rented out to someone else.
5. The daily rental period is from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Rentals and returns are possible between 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
6. A 20% deposit of the rental price must be paid upon reservation and confirmation.
1. Cancellations up to 1 week before the pickup date are free of charge. Cancellations made 7–1 day before pickup incur a 20% fee.
1. The lessor does not provide refunds for bad weather. The renter must use the motorcycle according to technical regulations, road traffic laws, and operating instructions to ensure safety.
2. The renter is personally liable for all fines and penalties arising from their use of the motorcycle.
3. The renter is prohibited from: a) lending the motorcycle to third parties not named in the agreement, b) using it for racing, c) driving off-road or on beaches, d) tampering with the vehicle, e) leaving it unsecured or taking it outside of Mallorca without prior agreement.
1. The lessor hands over the motorcycle in perfect, clean, and roadworthy condition. Existing damages are only acknowledged if recorded in the rental agreement.
2. In emergencies, repairs up to 150 euros can be authorized by the renter at an approved workshop. Costs exceeding this amount require prior approval from the lessor.
3. Tire damages are always the renter's responsibility. Further claims are excluded unless caused by the lessor's intent or gross negligence.
1. The renter is liable for all damages, loss, or confiscation of the motorcycle from the time of handover until its return, including damages caused by slight negligence.
1. The renter must immediately inform the lessor in case of damages or accidents. Police must be involved for accidents. Repair or towing services may only be arranged with the lessor's consent.
1. The motorcycle is insured for personal, property, and financial damages. Comprehensive insurance covers theft, fire, and damages, with a 1500 euro deposit required upon handover.
1. Motorcycles must be returned fully refueled, clean, and in proper condition. Lost keys will incur a charge of 250 euros. The lessor reserves the right to terminate the rental contract for significant violations.
1. No additional agreements exist beyond the written contract. Amendments must be in writing. Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
